Key Responsibilities
Foster positive customer relationships through daily interactions
Respond to high-priority voice and email requests while providing status updates on orders
Facilitate order completion and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
Proficient in MS Excel and capable of manipulating large data sets
Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying patterns and implementing changes
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Quality Assurance experience is a plus
