Mindful Sprouts is now hiring for RBT jobs in Coconut Creek FL, offering an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with exceptionalities. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.

In this role, you’ll implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA. Moreover, you’ll deliver direct instruction, collect and document client progress data, and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers. Responsibilities :

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and / or related exceptionalities.
• Provide intervention as outlined in the client’s program by the associated BCBA.
• Collect and display data in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in updating the client's program as instructed by the associated BCBA.
• Implement behavioral procedures for inappropriate / maladaptive child behaviors as instructed or as outlined in client’s program.
• Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Notify management of emergencies or significant incidents; suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and / or changes in client status in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Arrive to appointments, meetings, trainings, etc. at the scheduled time.
• Return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
• Conduct self in a professional manner and treats all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
• Follow all clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
