Sales Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to manage and develop the Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Sales Operations process, including customer onboarding and data management

Govern customer master data and maintain strong relationships with customers

Drive team performance, training, and recruitment efforts while upholding group culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or customer support

5-7 years of HVAC / R industry experience

10+ years of peer leadership or direct report experience

Proficiency in managing time and delegating assignments effectively

Ability to use business software including MS Office Suite and ERP programs
