Compensation :
💰 Base Salary : $50,000 – $100,000
💼 Commissions : Uncapped on Gross Profit

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Freight Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining your own customer base, managing freight transactions, and building strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
If you have a proven track record in freight brokerage or sales — and the drive to succeed in an uncapped commission environment — we’d love to speak with you.
Qualifications :
Existing book of business generating at least $175,000 in Gross Profit
Ability to transition book of business within 60 days
No active non-compete agreement (must sign ours upon hire)
Proficient with TMS, HubSpot CRM, DAT, Truckstop, and Microsoft Office Suite
