Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and develop personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Procedures : Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' physical capabilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure well-rounded and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and caregivers in understanding therapy methods that help maintain rehabilitation progress at home.
• Track and Review Progress : Monitor patient development and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
