Junior Digital Project Manager

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to help keep our creative and marketing projects running smoothly! You'll support day-to-day operationsorganizing assets, tracking deliverables, maintaining reports, and keeping communication clear between teams.

If you love structure, enjoy working behind the scenes to make projects come together, and are interested in social media and digital marketing, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage creative assets Upload, organize, and maintain client-provided materials in our Creative Asset Banks (Google Sheets and Google Drive).
  • Track projects Create and manage tasks in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.
  • Quality check Review project briefs for typos or inconsistencies before assets move forward.
  • Stay organized Keep folders and files updated across Google Drive and Frame.io so everything is easy to find.
  • Coordinate with teams Communicate with the Creative, Social, and Client Success teams via Slack and email to clarify details, share updates, and request information.
  • Support reporting Pull data and compile performance reports using Looker dashboards for internal and client updates.
  • Assist with research Stay up to date with social media trends (especially TikTok) and support Andrea with ad-related research.
  • Handle multiple projects Help manage 911 ongoing projects at a time, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of project management experience (preferably in marketing or digital media)
  • Strong interest in social media trends and how ad content is created (especially in the U.S. market)
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
  • Experience in digital marketing or creative operations
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams from start to finish
  • 1+ year experience with Google Sheets or Excel (basic to intermediate; no advanced formulas needed)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working PST hours (11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM PST)

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience using Monday.com, Frame.io, or Looker
  • Familiarity with creative or marketing performance reporting
