Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Compliance Director to lead and scale health care compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance compliance policies and procedures for telehealth addiction treatment services

Manage national accreditation and state behavioral health certification compliance

Oversee incident response and conduct privacy & compliance risk assessments and audits

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in health care compliance, privacy, and risk management

Deep knowledge of HIPAA and state privacy laws in multi-state environments

Experience leading incident response and regulatory-driven investigations

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
