Position Overview
The Sales Directorwill oversee all aspects of enrollment, occupancy growth, events, and family engagement across our centers. This individual will develop and execute strategies that convert inquiries into enrollments, maximize occupancy, and strengthen our community presence.
This role is ideal for someone who combinessales leadership, strategic thinking, and heart for early childhood education.
Location : 4 locations Bolingbrook, Crest Hill, Yorkville, and Minooka
Employment Type : Full-Time
Reports To : Executive Director / CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and enrollment strategies to meet and exceed occupancy goals across all centers.
- Manage a team of Center Directors, providing training, coaching, and motivation to achieve results.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics including inquiries, tours, conversion rates, and retention.
- Partner with marketing to drive lead generation, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, corporate partners, and community organizations.
- Conduct regular center visits to ensure the family experience aligns with company standards.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and data reporting for accurate forecasting.
Meet or exceed quarterly goals for each location.
Travel required.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience insales, enrollment, or admissions, ideally within childcare, private education, or hospitality.Demonstrated success achieving or exceedingenrollment and revenue targets.Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and coach teams.Proficiency in CRM or enrollment management systems.Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, preferred.Performance Metrics
