Use aseptic techniques to prepare surgical materials and assist during procedures. Set up and optimize the operating room for surgeries. Act as a Second Assistant when needed. Manage equipment and supplies with great attention to detail. Support patient positioning and transport while ensuring safety standards are met. Licensure / Certification : BLS certification required within 6 months of hire. Education : Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Experience : No prior experience is necessary. Understanding of aseptic techniques and surgical equipment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical activities regularly. Commitment to using personal protective equipment as required.
