    Compensation :

    $125,500 - $225,000 yearly

    Responsibilities :

  • Identify and evaluate prime commercial real estate opportunities for clients, ensuring their investment goals are met.
  • Guide clients through the intricacies of commercial transactions, providing expert advice and support at every step.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities and client satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of market trends by conducting thorough research and analysis, offering clients timely and relevant insights.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients, ensuring their interests are always prioritized.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategic marketing plans that effectively showcase property listings.

  • Qualifications :

  • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
