Self-ScheduledShift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, with 1 weekend and 2 holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)Training : RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and Charge RN cross-trainingFloat Pool Registered Nurse - ED Boarding, Med / Surg, ICU - Night Shift
As part of your night shift role in our Internal Float Pool, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, floating between various patient units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support.

Experience : Minimum of 18 months Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Availability to meet rotating schedule requirementsTraining & Skills :

Your responsibilities will include providing and coordinating patient care, anticipating changes in patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare teams, promoting patient safety, and engaging in continuous professional development.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the stateBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)Degrees :
Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
