Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness -

Full Time
Hours : 3 days per week, .6 FTE (More hours could be available if interested)

Call Schedule : Phone Only | Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks

Compensation : $110k - $120k salary (Package prorated for .6 FTE)

DETAILS :

Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician

Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol

Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol

Provide care to both a pediatric and adult patient panel

QUALIFICATIONS :

IL License REQUIRED

At least 1 year of experience in primary care as an NP
