California Licensed Chat Supervisor

A company is looking for a Chat & Text Supervisor Bilingual, Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Spanish chat and text flow on the Crisis Line

Monitor and ensure compliance of Spanish Bilingual Chat and Text counselors with program standards

Provide training support and feedback for performance evaluations of Spanish Bilingual Chat and Text Counselors

Required Qualifications

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Basic supervisory skills to manage Spanish Bilingual Chat and Text Counselors

Must be 18 years of age or older

Successfully completed the Suicide Prevention training program
