Currently assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for territory coverage in the Quincy/Milton MA area.
Mileage reimbursement
Consolidated territory, less travel
No weekends, on-call or holidays required!

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
***Requires 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****
