Senior Consultant (M / W / X) Customer Success

Your tasks :

• As a trusted advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers on all customer success questions in your sweet spots
• You design strategies for various customers for market entry, the expansion of new business areas or offer support for operational issues
• You actively work on your projects and take responsibility for them end-to-end
• You work closely with other Formel S Partners and develop solutions together across the entire operational value chain of our customers
• You manage external partners as well as project teams and ensure a smooth project flow
