Your Life as a Kaiser Driver

As part of our elite OTR team, you'll haul open-deck freight nationwide using our Trailer Space Sharing (TSS) model. No two days are the same-you'll plan, load, secure, and deliver with precision and purpose. You'll manage your freight, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety every mile of the way. We'll train you the Kaiser way during paid orientation at our Wisconsin terminal-covering travel expenses and paying you while you learn. When you're ready to roll, you'll know you're set up for success. Here, you don't just drive-you represent a standard of excellence.
