Location : McAllen, TX | Pay Rate : 14.50 / hr | Schedule : FT / Mon-Fri : (4am - 12 : 30pm)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and safety-driven Forklift Operator to join our team in partnership with a major leader in the Consumer Products Industry. In this essential role, you will help keep production and distribution running smoothly by ensuring products and materials move efficiently, safely, and accurately throughout the facility.

About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations through equipment operation, material handling, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will directly impact production flow, product quality, and overall operational success.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate industrial power equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Handle and transport products, materials, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility
• Restock inventory and replenish materials as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Perform general warehouse, production, and cooler service duties
• Assist with general maintenance tasks
• Fill in for other positions as required to support operations
• Follow all regulatory, company, and facility-specific safety policies
• Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting 50+ pounds
• Comply with required PPE and safety protocols, including temperature monitoring and face coverings

Pay Details : 14.50 per hour
