Shift Hours :
7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (EST), Monday Friday, excluding Federal Holidays
Rotational weekend shifts required (alternating schedules)
Experience Needed :
Min of 2 years of Experience in supply, inventory management, warehouse operations, or materials handling
Familiarity with medical or clinical supply environments preferred
Credentialing / Onboarding Time :
6 8 weeks
Responsibilities
Maintain and replenish stock at primary and secondary inventory locations
Distribute sterile and non-sterile medical supplies across clinical and administrative areas
Pull stock from main inventory for delivery and ensure supplies are properly organized
Perform daily inventory using barcode systems and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor expiration dates, rotate stock (FIFO), remove expired / compromised items
Assist with hazard alerts, recalls, and ensure critical supplies are properly controlled
Clean shelves and inventory areas according to infection control guidelines and Joint Commission standards
Receive, uncrate, and store incoming supplies in accordance with VA guidelines
Deliver supplies to wards, clinics, and remote sites; motor vehicle delivery may be required
Support scheduled inventories, wall-to-wall counts, and special stock assessments
Maintain accuracy of inventory data in automated systems
Wear PPE as required and follow all safety protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or Inventory Management Specialists
