Electrical Assembly

Are you a skilled electrical assembler with a steady hand and a passion for precision? We're seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler with proven experience in soldering to join our Lomira client. If you take pride in your work and understand the critical role that quality assembly plays in the performance of electrical components, we want to talk to you.

Position – Electrical Assembly

Job Location – Lomira, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm)

Starting Pay – $20.00

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience –1 year of electrical assembly experience

In this role, you will be a key player in the production process, building the high-quality electrical assemblies that power the products. You'll work with schematics and blueprints, using your expertise in soldering to create durable and reliable connections. Your attention to detail will ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble and solder various electrical and electronic components onto circuit boards and into housings.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
