Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate 2, 3, 4, and / or 5-axis CNC machines and conventional machines to produce complex aerospace parts. You will demonstrate advanced cross-training flexibility and possess experience with most automated CNC machines and their operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce complex aerospace parts.
• Perform complex set-ups without assistance on multiple machines, including checking or changing chucking jaws, tools, and rotating offsets.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and study blueprints, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces.
• Fully operate multiple machines as needed, including CNC and conventional mills.
• Read and understand blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Work with metals such as stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium.

Work Environment

You will work in a large, non-union manufacturing environment alongside 25-27 machinists across three shifts. The facility has undergone extensive modernization to create a contemporary, eco-friendly, and environmentally compliant industrial enterprise.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
