HVAC Service Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Manager position include :

• 3+ years of Service Management experience in Plumbing and HVAC
• EPA Certification required; Journeyman license highly preferred
• Proficiency in Service Titan software for dispatch, workflow, and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to provide training and development for technicians and apprentices
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and oversee quality control
• Available to support technicians with after-hours on-call needs
• Collaborate with sales and other departments for continuous business growth

Salary : $70,000 - $73,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), paid time off starting at 1 week in the first year and 2 weeks thereafter, $500 bonus after 60 days, $100 on-call bonus, commission and SPIFF eligibility, quarterly profit sharing, tool account bonuses, and provided company vehicle, phone, and tablet.
