Network Performance Manager
Salary Range: $100,000 - $114,000

- Management experience, and the confidence to lead a team of two analysts

Experience
- Undergraduate degree, science or engineering degree preferred.
- Demonstrated record of achieving tangible improvements in business performance.
- Previous experience working with large, imperfect databases
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience using data to create graphics that drive actions.
- Record of being able to learn technical systems and tools quickly.
- Detailed understanding of performance improvement processes.
- Competency using SQL and/or PowerBI preferred.
General Management
- Project management experience.
- Good ability to prioritize and time manage to tight deadlines.
- Ability to build trust in relationships.

Key Accountabilities
- Identify and project manage specific, prioritized improvement projects against the most important areas for performance improvement.
- Lead the recurring Network Performance Review governance cycle to ensure that the business is always focused on the top performance issues.
- In conjunction with the Director of Performance & Operational Improvement, set a clear roadmap for how the business will improve operational performance on a one-year time horizon.
- Conduct and act upon impact assessments to quantify risks to performance.
- Conduct analysis to identify financial benefits of performance improvements and, based on the results, develop and present business cases as required.
- Lead initiatives with other areas of the business to cross-functionally improve the passenger experience.
- Collaborate with and support the other members of the Service Delivery team as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Function as the subject matter expert for performance data in the business.
- In conjunction with the Director of Performance & Operational Improvement, set a vision for data infrastructure improvement and collaborate with Digital Solutions to make the vision a reality.
- Spearhead the development of new user-friendly reports and data analysis tools that will revolutionize the way the business views performance data.
- Equip other departments to make sure they have the data they need to succeed in improving operational excellence.
- Lead collaborative efforts with the rest of the business to establish robust data entry processes and maintain excellent data quality.
- Ensure all work coming out of the performance team is of high quality.
- Develop team members to build a high-performing team.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Performance & Operational Improvement and to other senior leadership on progress against key actions and projects.
- Ensure the team is prioritizing work to deliver rapid action on most important issues.
