Position : Full-Time Electrical Service Technician

Qualifications :

Licensed Journeyman Electrician or Residential Wireman (Texas)

Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential electrician

Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Proficient with Service Titan

Familiar with Sales and a Service Process

Minimum guaranteed : $200-$240 depending on experience.

Typical earnings : $1,200–$2,500+ / week

High performers consistently exceed $100K / year, with top techs tracking toward $150K+

This is a performance-based role where earnings grow with skill, sales ability, and service quality. The harder you work, the more you make — and we give you the tools to win. Maybe say 200-240 daily guarantee based on experience level.
