Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative

Allstate - Devery Prince Agency Team is growing! We're looking for two motivated individuals to join our Anchorage-based Allstate agency. No insurance license? No problem. If you bring the right attitude, personality, and problem-solving skills, we will invest in you. We will cover your training, licensing, and hands-on development so you can grow into a highly skilled and successful Inside Sales Professional.

This role is designed to provide a clear growth path from day one : you'll start with a strong base wage, and graduate into a full Inside Sales compensation package with commissions, performance bonuses, and health benefits. Our goal is to build you into a top-producing professional with the ability to consistently earn a high wage.

Compensation & Career Growth Path

• Day 1 : $20.00 / hr starting wage
• Once you become licensed, appointed with Allstate, obtain binding authority, and demonstrate system competency base pay increases to $21.00 / hr.
• Additional wage increases once you consistently bind and issue new business, and demonstrating legacy product mastery.
