Head of Product

A company is looking for a Head of Product, Predict.

Key Responsibilities

Own Predict end-to-end as a business, defining strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes

Run Predict's operating system by setting goals, leading planning cycles, and establishing execution cadence

Drive Predict's P&L, managing budget, forecasting, and maximizing member and client impact

Required Qualifications

8+ years of leadership experience in product, strategy, operations, or general management

Proven end-to-end ownership with measurable business impact

Strong financial and operational acumen, including forecasting and budgeting

Experience building and scaling teams with strong people leadership

Experience in healthcare ecosystems and AI-first platforms
