Scanning documents to patient’s medical records. Checking patients in and out. Collecting co-pays, deductibles, co insurances, and past due balances. Providing excellent customer service to patients, employees, and vendors. 1 year of customer service experience SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS : Medical office experience Customer service experience Experience on the phone with customers Experience using an EMR Office management experience Experience using computers and software A comprehensive benefits package is offered to full-time employees. Master Center for Addiction Medicine is a private, outpatient addiction medicine treatment center based in Richmond, Virginia.
We are growing and opening new locations and we are looking for talented individuals to grow our team, as well!

- medical treatment, education, psychiatry, professional counseling, testing / monitoring and peer support services.
