About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours

Experience : Minimum of 24 months current Labor Delivery experience required

License : Active nursing license required

Certifications : ACLS (AHA)

PALS (AHA)

AFM

NRP

BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

No license hits required.

Flu vaccination is required; declinations can be applied for.

Description :

Candidates must include a copy of their driver's license in the submission.

All experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work in must be highlighted.

Start date should be on or very quickly after the order start date listed.

All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed with a maximum of 7 days.

RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or on holidays.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be noted.

All shifts the traveler is open to working must be listed.

All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked.

All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept.

Please notify if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.

Submission notes must include vaccination status.

Background requirements must be adhered to and attested to.

Travel experience is preferred.

The profile requirements include a complete cover page, resume with all relevant facilities and units listed, a skills checklist specific to the discipline, active license verification, and current certifications.
