A Brief Overview

Responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse in implementing the plan of care for a group of patients and functioning in a technical role in providing quality patient care. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. What you will do

• Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data.
• Provides direct care in a safe manner.
• Evaluation of the plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Effectively communicates in writing and orally with patients / families and other health team members.
• Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery in assigned area.

Education :

Technical Degree or Diploma : Nursing - LPN (Required)
