Position Summary We are looking for a proactive and analytical Payroll and Equity Analyst to join our world-class Finance team. Reporting to our global head of Payroll, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and compliant administration of our payroll and equity programs. The ideal candidate brings experience in both payroll operations and equity administration and is comfortable navigating competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This is a highly collaborative position that will work closely with partners across the organization and external vendors to drive operational excellence and deliver a seamless employee experience.

We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC, and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.

What You Will Do

• Prepare, process, and audit US and international payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accurate and timely payments.
• In partnership with your manager, troubleshoot issues that arise during payroll processing and apply critical thinking and best judgment to problem-solve or escalate quickly, to ensure resolution during tight deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company's equity plans, such as stock options and performance RSUs, which includes processing equity grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations in the equity management system.
• Prepare equity-related reports, including accounting and financial reporting, for management, board and auditors adhering to monthly, quarterly and annual close timelines as applicable, partnering with key business stakeholders across the People, Legal and across Controllership to ensure completeness and accuracy of the information.
