Internal Medicine Hospitalist Opportunity

Location : Parkville, MD Area (Just 20 Minutes from Baltimore)

Salary : $240k-$300k

Our client, a private group with deep roots in the Parkville community, is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician to join their thriving team. This is your chance to work with a group that s been around since flip phones were cool (2005) and where many physicians and admins have stuck around for over 20 years that s practically a lifetime in medical years!

About the Role :

  • Title : Internal Medicine Physician
  • Location : Parkville, MD area (a short drive from Baltimore s vibrant culture and crab cakes).
  • Schedule : Monday Friday daytime hours, with plenty of flexibility. Prefer to start late? Early riser? Want half-day Fridays? We ve got you covered.
  • Typical Day : Split your time between hospitalist services and a skilled nursing facility (or primary care, depending on the day).
  • Daily Volume : 22 patients.
  • Facilities : Rotate between 2 3 facilities, all within 30 minutes of each other.
  • Call Schedule : One weekend per month, but no evening or weekend calls so you can binge-watch your favorite shows in peace.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage follow-ups, evaluations, new admissions, and sick visits.
  • Help maintain and improve the health of individuals in the community.
  • Bring your expertise and humor to a collaborative and supportive environment.

    • Compensation & Perks :

  • Base Salary : $250,000
  • Bonuses : Up to $50 75K annually (because you deserve it).
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10K (we re serious about making this work for you).
