As an Experienced Network Technician you will provide computer and systems support for our growing customer base including troubleshooting and maintaining server and network infrastructure both remotely and onsite.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the networking platform: Router, L2/L3 switches, Firewall, VPNs
• Cisco style command line configuration
• DNS and DHCP servers
• Wireless technologies
• Spanning Tree, LLDP, LACP
• VOIP phone systems
• Troubleshoot network & system issues (Packet capture, event viewer, etc.)
• Monitor active network and server infrastructure
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches (MFA, RADIUS, email security, SSO, etc.)
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
• Document all technical procedures and user guides

Requirements:

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience resolving escalated Tier 2–3 network and systems issues, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Security/Compliance)
• Experience with Active Directory (User management, GPO, Security Policies, etc.)
• Experience with server virtualization (VMWare ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, Azure)
• Experience with Server/Network monitoring software
• Experience with Windows Server and Client Operating Systems
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Pay Range: $33.65+/hour

FLSA and Employment Status: Non-exempt; Full-Time
