Jackson Physician Search has been retained to identify a highly-skilled Cardiac Surgeon and physician leader to serve as the System Chief of Cariac Surgery. Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, WellSpan Health is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing medical innovation. This candidate will join a well-established cardiac surgery program currently performing more than 600 open-heart surgeries per year. Additionally, our catchment area of 12 counties, 9 WellSpan hospitals, and over 250 employed practices will allow for significant continued growth.
