We are seeking an experienced RN for our Skilled Nursing units. The candidate must have a current WI License and CPR. Traveler may be asked to float to other in-patient units due to census.\n- Will rotate scheduling between weekday and weekend shifts. - Schedule of one day shift per week.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \n\nUtilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. \nAdministers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws / practice act. \nDocuments according to standards of care.\nDevelops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and / or hospital policy including patient and family instruction.\nParticipates in department or unit performance improvement activities, may include shared governance.\nUtilizes clinical expertise & guidance to other units / departments in support of the patients longitudinal plan of care.\nUtilizes critical thinking in regards to patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to the appropriate chain of command.\n\n

Catalytic Solutions Job ID #4-292501. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
