Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Overland Park, KS for an Early Childhood Educator. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans based on the Reggio Emilia approach. They will facilitate activities that promote learning, creativity, and socialization. Daily tasks include working closely with children, maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment, communicating with parents and caregivers, and collaborating with other educators to ensure a high-quality educational experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work effectively with children
• Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development principles
• Creativity Skills and experience in developing engaging activities
• Organization Skills to manage classroom activities and documentation
• Experience in working with children in educational settings
• Passion for early childhood education and a positive attitude
• Relevant certifications and qualifications, such as a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred
