Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Services Technician I to join our Managed Services team. This hybrid role is based in the Salem NH area and will include both remote and onsite client support across the local region (NH MA ME) with occasional travel nationwide for projects.
This position is responsible for providing proactive hands-on and remote technical support to DAS Health clients serving as the first line of response for resolving technical issues and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Basic networking knowledge (firewalls routers switches).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed (local and occasional nationwide).
