Job Description :

The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies has an immediate need for a Program Integrator at ourMissile Solutions Sector headquarters located in Huntsville Alabama. This role will support the Missile Solutions Strategic Systems Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program teams in preparation for Customer Sector Segment and Corporate reviews. Responsible for preparing the communications (PowerPoint) of financial performance on-time delivery quality safety and continuous improvement. Partner with our program leaders as well as our functional leaders to support the achievement of our goals.

Essential Functions :

Maintain program battle rhythm & support meetings.

Track and manage responses to internal and external action items.

Facilitate and engage in special projects as needed.

Upkeep Program SharePoints maintaining data.

Prepare charts for CHQ Segment & Sector level meetings (Program Reviews EAC Reviews etc.).

Support and customer meetings such as PMRs PDRs and CDRs.

Travel up to 10% to other L3Harris sites.

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior program scheduling program management or finance experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior program scheduling program management or finance lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior program scheduling program management or finance experience.

Preferred Additional Skills :

Ability to collaborate and create communications provided to internal and external customers.

Ability to manage program initiatives of importance with oversight and direction.

Ability to support program team achieve annual goals / objectives.

Must be able to act with confidentiality and integrity with sensitive data.

Proficiency with MS Office products especially PowerPoint Word and Excel.

Adaptable to change.

Earned value management (EVM) or business management experience.
