Field Supervisor

Job Title

Employee must comply with the Companys uniform and grooming standards and must always wear his or her SIDA badge / Airport ID. Employee must comply with all guidelines and policies set forth in the ABM Team Member National Handbook & the New York Supplemental Handbook.

Field Supervisors are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and / or on a designated shift. This includes ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constantly patrolling of the Terminal, Ramp, Cargo Area. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public. Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills.

Valid 8 hours annual in-service training certificate 16 hours OJT certificate Valid State Driver License Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a Valid Drivers License Must submit to and pass a drug screen. Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
