We are seeking an experienced Production Test Engineer to lead the Near Field Range (NFR) test team within the Hardware Integration Center. The leader will maintain production schedules, deliverables, and perform at high operational speed while adapting to changes in a production environment.

• The successful candidate will work with Test Equipment Engineering on system level test equipment integration and delivery.
• A key responsibility is building a team of production test engineers across multiple shifts.
• Providing technical troubleshooting for hardware testing and defect resolution through root cause analysis and corrective measures is essential.
• Production test data analysis ensures compliance, identifies trends, and drives process improvements.
• Proactive identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities within Pre-NFR and NFR test processes are required.
• Opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement are analyzed through test data, optimized methodologies, and best practices implementation.
• Cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Offices aligns goals and objectives.
• Safety requirements are ensured for products, personnel, and test environments promoting a culture of safety and ongoing improvement.
• Development of Factory Test Procedures is also a crucial task.
• Participation and leadership in test data reviews with the customer are necessary.
