Process Engineering Leader

A company is looking for a Process Engineering Leader responsible for leading a diverse team in the start-up and qualification of fiber optic cable production lines.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead team in the execution of equipment start-up, including setting up test equipment and adjusting parameters

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve equipment and product quality

Champion manufacturing process improvements and facilitate problem-solving in manufacturing

Required Qualifications :

BS in chemical, mechanical, materials, or industrial engineering

7+ years of experience as a project manager or team leader in process engineering in a manufacturing plant

Experience with high-speed optical fiber cable manufacturing equipment is a plus

Demonstrated technical expertise in process improvement

Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others
