A company is looking for a Program Manager for Fundraising & Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multi-channel fundraising programs to achieve annual growth targets

Coordinate fundraising campaigns targeting various donor levels in collaboration with multiple teams

Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing feedback and reporting on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Mature Christian faith and commitment to the organization's mission and values

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred

At least 3 years of experience in fundraising roles with a successful track record

Experience in project management and managing multi-channel campaigns

Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
