A company is looking for a Biomedical Engineer / LMDI SME.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive medical equipment management program in compliance with healthcare standards
Create and deliver a continuing education curriculum on the safe use of medical technology for healthcare staff
Manage a recall and safety alert program for medical devices, ensuring compliance with patient safety goals and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Certification as a Clinical Engineer (CCE)
5+ years of experience as a Hospital-based Biomedical Engineer or Field Service Engineer with laboratory experience
Strong knowledge of laboratory management systems and experience with Oracle Health EHR
Demonstrated competency in conducting compliant medical equipment management programs
Understanding of regulatory agencies' requirements and industry standards
