What You’ll Do : \n \n

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.\n
  • Collaborate with a compassionate team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.\n
  • Enjoy a consistent day shift (8a - 4 : 30p), with flexible scheduling options, including occasional weekend work if desired.\n
  • Quickly settle in with a brief orientation (preparing you for success from day one).\n
  • Work primarily onsite with no call or floating responsibilities, providing a stable and predictable schedule.\n

    Required Skills : \n \n

  • Minimum of 1 year of PT experience, preferably in an SNF setting.\n
  • Valid Montana PT license.\n
  • Proficiency in documentation using NetHealth or PointClickCare EMR systems.\n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.\n

    Nice to Have : \n \n

  • Experience with PDPM and Section GG.\n
  • Familiarity with Montana’s healthcare landscape.\n
  • Willingness to adapt and be flexible with schedule needs.\n

    Preferred Education & Experience :

    \n \n

  • Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.\n
  • Prior experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.\n

    • \n

    Other Requirements : \n \n

  • Must hold an active NBCOT or MBOT license.\n
  • Montana PT license is preferred.\n
  • Housing support is available upon request—our team can assist in connecting you with local resources.\n
  • No on-call responsibilities.\n
  • This position offers a chance for potential overtime, should the opportunity arise during interviews.\n
