IHBTC program

in Springfield, MA.

Shift :

Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Pay : $71,000-$90,000

What You’ll Do

Create and oversee staff training protocols and procedures and make sure staff is training in IHCBS operations, clinical models, policies and procedures with BHN

Establish and maintain communication with DMH area office and staff

Facilitate staff meetings

Provide consultation to Clinical Director and program staff

Responds to on-call

needs of program as needed

Ensure program adheres to regulations and requirements of DMH

Responds to

client / staff / provider

complaints and mediates as needed

Who You Are

Master’s level or above clinician

Independent Licensed

3 + years of supervisory and / or management experience

Minimum of five years post-grad experience in behavioral health to youth and families

Experience in contract management, behavioral health system in MA

Strong communication, organizational and time management skills

Serve as a liaison with other BHN programs
