What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a financial institution setting. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns encountered during patrols. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and / or employees while performing duties. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols and post orders as directed by management. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
