Job Description :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all assigned Title applications submitted to ensure completion of all required data
- Review all dealer documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to funding any new loans / letters of credit
- Handle and resolve all incoming inquiries and escalation issues courteously and professionally
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products and services
- Interact with governmental agencies, dealerships, credit union partners assisting them with error resolutions, lien perfections and general title questions
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience requiredA minimum of 2 years of focused on consumer loan title processing experience requiredAt least 1 year of customer service experience preferredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely mannerProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessaryExcellent customer service skills with a high attention to detailPrioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needsStrong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracyAbility to work flexible hours as neededAbility to multi-task in other areas of the unitAptitude to work independently as well as part of a teamPositive attitude and team-orientedAbility to function in changing environmentWorking Place :
