• Weekend schedule with a minimum of one weekend a month : 8am to 5pm, no nights required
• Freedom to maintain your private practice after hours
• Blend of inpatient and outpatient care : primary focus on adult psychiatric admissions and treatment, with some PHP / IOP involvement for variety
