Base pay range $150,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr

About The Company And Opportunity Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on the performing arts!

Due to a retirement, they are hiring a CFO to work hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)!

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8a-5p.

Pay : $75-82 / hr depending on experience.

This position would start as a contract and could go permanent based on performance and fit. The full-time salary range would be $170k-$180k.

Overview Of The CFO Role Provides strategic management of accounting and finance functions.

Directs accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Recommends improvements to ensure financial integrity.

Collaborates with CIO on technology decisions.

Oversees financial systems upgrades.

Manages relationships with investors and institutions.

Identifies and manages business risks and insurance.

Leads and supervises finance staff.

Preferred Qualifications For The CFO Master's degree preferred.

CPA a plus.

Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.

5+ years of C-Suite experience required.

Excellent communication skills.
