Key Responsibilities
Onboard and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), providing coaching and mentoring
Empower the team to achieve targets for net renewals, retention, and expansion while focusing on customer outcomes
Proactively monitor customer health and implement strategies for risk management and upselling opportunities

Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring others
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines
Experience in articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence management levels
