As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll play a key role in conformal coating production, troubleshooting, and engineering support-helping bridge the gap between design and delivery.

Pay and Schedule

Pay : $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM | 1st Shift

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll combine engineering principles with hands-on production expertise to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with engineers and production staff to identify, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical and electrical processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program and operate automated conformal coating equipment.
• Hand-apply coatings and rework boards to resolve quality issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical / electrical PC assemblies and sub-assemblies to the component level.
• Analyze design and production errors to identify root causes and solutions .
• Collaborate with engineering teams on functionality, design, and process updates.
• Manage documentation, parts, BOMs, and engineering change requests / orders (ECR / ECO).
• Support corrective actions for non-conformance reports (NCR / ISR / PSR).
• Assist with assembly work as needed to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
