Position Title : Advertising Traffic Coordinator Location : Rochester, NY (Onsite 4 days / week + 1 day Remote)

Responsibilities : Ensure all Ad content is entered and validated accurately and by deadline. Include manual workflows and processes as needed.

Review and process incoming Exhibitor creative materials and instructions for assigned Circuits, communicating effectively with the Exhibitor Relations team on campaign status.

Coordinate with Exhibitor, National, Marketing, and Local departments, as well as digital providers, to ensure placement instructions are complete and accurate. Resolve discrepancies promptly.

Prioritize tasks based on start dates; manage and track placement and flight changes.

Adjust content placement to meet client and exhibitor requirements.

Collaborate with other departments and vendors to meet deadlines and handle placement exceptions.

Modify systems for last-minute changes and exhibitor clearances / rejections.

Coordinate with Trafficking and Inventory departments in Rochester and NYC to resolve utilization issues.

Handle special projects for management.

Perform quality control (QC) of show content.

Analyze and clean up core trafficking systems.

Provide backup support to team members as needed.

Be available after-hours to resolve emergency placement issues, including weekends.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree preferred or related experience.

Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.

Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Effective communication across organizational levels.

Strong business, sales, or operations experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaborative team approach.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Salary : $36,000 USD annually + benefits.
